About Brenda
Hi! I've been a dietitian for 14 years mainly focusing in the acute care setting, so I'm familiar with a wide variety of disease states. I have seen the devastation that things like uncontrolled diabetes and heart disease can cause which has lead me to be so passionate about helping individuals take steps to improve their health.
Approach to care
I have a very patient-centered approach to care. There is no one-size fits all to health and I will work with you to develop a plan that will work for you. As a busy mom myself, I understand the importance of making realistic goals that will turn into life-long changes.
Your first session with Brenda
You can expect a relaxed, judgement-free zone for us to get to know each other. We will discuss your current nutrition and lifestyle and will begin to develop a nutrition plan that we will continue to build on in future sessions.
