Approach to care
We will build a strong client-provider relationship that is supportive and encouraging while keeping the client and their family/caregivers at the center of all decisions. I take into account any and all concerns, no matter how small, and empathize with my clients. I create a space for open communication and respect. I will provide an individualized plan for my client's specific needs.
Your first session with Brenna
In your first session, we will get to know each other to begin building a relationship. Then, we will go over diet history, current concerns, and, together, figure out where we can start making small nutrition improvements that improve the client's quality of life.
