About Brenna
I attended Auburn University for my undergraduate degree and completed my master's degree and dietetic internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I have been a clinical dietitian for eight years and a pediatric dietitian for the past four. I enjoy working with all ages to help each person feel their best. I help with a variety of specialties such as failure to thrive, NICU graduates, nutrition support, chronic illness, general healthy eating, disordered eating, and more.
Approach to care
We will build a strong client-provider relationship that is supportive and encouraging while keeping the client and their family/caregivers at the center of all decisions. I take into account any and all concerns, no matter how small, and empathize with my clients. I create a space for open communication and respect. I will provide an individualized plan for my client's specific needs.
Your first session with Brenna
In your first session, we will get to know each other to begin building a relationship. Then, we will go over diet history, current concerns, and, together, figure out where we can start making small nutrition improvements that improve the client's quality of life.
