About Brenna

After earning a BS and MS in Dietetics at Texas Christian University, I took that foundation into clinical hospital work and private practice, and I bring two years of experience as an RD and LD to every patient interaction. I blend evidence-based nutrition with real-life problem solving, and I care about healing your relationship with food rather than enforcing rigid rules. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooking, dancing, reading, shopping, or throwing dinner parties. Having navigated my own weight struggles, I've learned sustainable steps and how to love my body at every stage, which shapes how I support others.

Approach to care

I center care in evidence and compassion, using a Health At Every Size, weight-neutral lens so we can focus on behaviors and well-being instead of numbers. Together we'll translate research into practical, manageable actions that fit your life. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we tackle food, sleep, stress, and daily routines as connected pieces of health. I aim to educate and empower you, offering clear steps and accountability while prioritizing sustainability and long-term change.

Your first session with Brenna

Expect a gentle, thorough conversation about your relationship with food, not a lecture or a prescription. I want you to feel safe and heard, so we'll explore your history, routines, what's worked and what hasn't, and how your day-to-day life influences choices. I won't ask you to have it all figured out. Together we'll set one or two short-term, practical goals you can try right away, and we'll adjust them as we learn what fits. This visit is low-pressure and collaborative, focused on real steps you can sustain.
