About Brett
Hi, I am Brett, a Registered Dietitian located in New Hampshire. I have been working as an outpatient diabetes dietitian for the past year. I completed a Master's in Dietetics Administration in 2024, which keeps me grounded in both practice and leadership. My postnominals, MDA, RDN, LD, sit with me as I grow and learn alongside my patients. Outside of work, you might find me out with horses, hiking a trail, curled up with a book, cross stitching, or enjoying time with my husband. I am passionate about making nutrition education clear and simple to implement so you can start making changes today.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is evidence-based, motivational, and goal oriented. I believe nutrition guidance should be rooted in current science while staying practical and personalized. With an approach that focuses on you as a whole, we will work together to translate research into clear steps you can fit into your life. It's not about quick fixes, it's about healthy habit formation.
Your first session with Brett
Our first appointment is a warm, low pressure conversation about you. We will review lab work and biometrics, your medical history, as well as your current routines around diet and activity. You do not need to have it all figured out yet; think of it as a collaboration rather than an evaluation. We will establish short term goals and outline practical steps tailored to your life. You can expect a supportive space where your experiences guide the plan, and where progress feels doable and encouraging.
