About Bria
Hi, I’m Bria, a Registered Dietitian based in Miami with four years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned a B.S. in Neuroscience from Boston College and completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics at Simmons University, and I practice with CNSC, LDN, and RD credentials. My work spans clinical hospital settings, covering both inpatient and outpatient pediatrics, as well as exercise nutrition, and I value science-driven care that stays compassionate and practical. In my free time, I love cooking, working out, golfing, hiking, and reading. I especially enjoy guiding parents as they navigate their children's nutrition, drawing on my experience with patients from infancy throughout the lifespan across a wide range of conditions including GI disorders, tube feedings, TPN, diabetes, and cardiac conditions.
Approach to care
People come to nutrition for lasting change, not quick fixes. My care philosophy blends evidence-based practice with empathy and clear action. I meet you where you are and translate science into doable steps. I have a holistic approach that is weight-neutral and focuses on sustainable behavior changes, not dieting culture. We'll explore your values, set practical goals, and build a plan you can live with. Education is central so you leave sessions with knowledge you can apply.
Your first session with Bria
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, labs and biometrics, and talk through your goals, routines, and concerns. This is a judgment-free space where you can show up as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; we'll explore what's most important and set one to two achievable short-term goals to get started. I will work to tailor the plan to either an individual's needs or an entire families - I'm here for whatever you need to feel confident and calm when it comes to your or your child's nutrition.
