Hi, I'm Brian. I have 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian working with a variety of clients on weight management, fitness, heart health, mindful eating, and balanced nutrition. I am passionate about helping individuals create sustainable habits for long-term health. My approach is collaborative, practical, and supportive, prioritizing progress over perfection and making healthy choices work in real life. I am here to support you in achieving your health and wellness goals.

We'll talk through your routines, preferences, and any barriers, and together we'll outline small, achievable steps to begin this week.
