Growing up in Texas and competing as a college athlete, I learned firsthand the impact of nutrition on performance and overall well-being. With over 11 years as a registered dietitian, I help individuals optimize their nutrition and reach their health goals. Specializing in women’s health and sports nutrition, I create science-backed strategies for weight management, performance, and lasting wellness.
