About Briana
Hi, I'm Briana. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 5 years of experience and a Master of Science in Nutrition. I've spent time in community health and outpatient clinics, helping people translate science into practical, sustainable habits. In my downtime I love reading, cooking, traveling, and volunteering, and I bring that curiosity into our sessions. I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to supporting you as you explore healthier choices that fit your life.
Approach to care
Together we’ll build a care plan grounded in current evidence and plain language. I practice with empathy and warmth, meeting you where you are and valuing your goals, values, and life pace. My approach is holistic and educational, focusing on sustainable change rather than quick fixes. I embrace a health at every size perspective, centering behaviors, nourishment, and self care, so you can feel confident in your choices without diet culture pressure.
Your first session with Briana
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, establish short-term goals, and go over any lab work or biometrics. It's a calm, judgment-free conversation designed to reduce anxiety and set a clear path forward. You don't need to have everything figured out yet, just come as you are. Together we'll identify 1-2 achievable steps to start and map out what to focus on before our next visit.
