Iâm a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience helping individuals and families build sustainable habits that actually fit their lives. As a former college athlete and working mom of three, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize nutrition while balancing work, family, and health needs. Iâve personally navigated gestational diabetes and celiac disease, and I support clients with blood sugar management, gluten-free living, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, and plant-based or dairy-free eating.
