The first session we will get to know each other. During the session we will dive into your health history, lifestyle, eating habits and personal goals. We will walk through a typical day in your life, having a conversation about your routines, meals and challenges. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized plan that supports you and your goals. You’ll leave with clear next steps and we’ll set a time for our next session together to ensure we continue making progress.
