About Brianna

Nutrition feels less like a set of rules and more like a toolkit I use to help clients build lives that feel good and sustainable. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience across clinical care, community health, private practice, and research. I focus on realistic nutrition that supports metabolism, energy, and overall health. I also have a strong interest in women’s health, including hormone balance and PCOS. When I’m not working, I enjoy visiting museums, Zumba, and personal styling. I bring that same creativity into the work we’ll do together.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is rooted in personalized, sustainable nutrition. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on helping you understand your body, your habits, and what works best for you long term. I take a collaborative approach, meeting you where you are and helping you build realistic habits that fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re working toward weight loss, improving metabolic health, or navigating changes related to hormones, my goal is to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way. I also emphasize the importance of nutrition alongside medical therapies, ensuring you’re getting the most out of your care.

Your first session with Brianna

In your first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals. This is a judgment-free space where you can share openly about what’s been working and what hasn’t. Together, we’ll identify key areas to focus on and begin creating a personalized plan that feels realistic and achievable. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps to get started, along with ongoing support to help you stay consistent and make progress over time.
