About Brianna
I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of experience, including nearly a decade specializing in pediatric gastroenterology. I work with children and adolescents managing a wide range of conditions including milk protein allergy, feeding disorders, celiac disease, IBD, IBS, food allergies and sensitivities, failure to thrive, and more. I'm also part of a Healthy Weight Center, where I support children and teens in building healthy, sustainable habits around food and activity. In addition to pediatrics, I’ve worked with adults on weight management and overall wellness. I serve as a preceptor for dietetic interns and teach an online course in childhood obesity for continuing education professionals.
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition recommendations must be personalized in order to be effective. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to understand each individual’s unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences so that we can work together to create realistic, sustainable changes. I also emphasize the importance of readiness and motivation for change. Whether I’m working with a toddler, teen, or adult, I aim to support and empower every patient on their health journey with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care.
Your first session with Brianna
In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand your goals—what you’re hoping to get out of working with a dietitian, and any challenges you’ve faced along the way. We’ll talk about what you’ve tried in the past (if anything) to address your concerns, and I’ll ask about your current dietary and lifestyle habits, including your daily routine, since that helps me tailor my guidance to fit your life. It’s a collaborative, supportive conversation, and together we’ll begin building a plan that feels realistic and doable for you or your child.
