About Brianna
Hi, my name is Brianna and I am a Registered Dietitian who believes that nutrition should feel empowering—not overwhelming. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from West Chester University in 2021 and completed over 1,200 hours of supervised practice before becoming a Registered Dietitian. I hold a master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences and Education from Immaculata University and am board-certified in Clinical Nutrition Sciences since 2023. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of populations, including geriatrics, weight management, bariatric surgery, pediatrics, IBS, IBD, eating disorders, and individuals requiring enteral or parenteral nutrition. I also have a strong passion for intuitive eating and helping patients build positive, sustainable relationships with food. This breadth of experience allows me to personalize my approach and understand the unique challenges that each patient brings to the table.
Approach to care
My goal is to help you understand how food can nourish your body, support your medical needs, and fit naturally into your daily life. I meet you exactly where you are, and together we create a realistic and compassionate plan that moves you toward your health goals with confidence. My counseling style is warm, encouraging, and highly collaborative. You can expect a judgment-free space where your concerns and lived experiences matter. I focus on mindful eating practices, clear education, and tailored recommendations that align with any medical conditions you may be managing. My goal is to help you feel informed, motivated, and supported every step of the way.
