About Brianna
I have been a Nutrition Educator for 6 years and have worked as a Dietitian in various settings that include acute care, traveling clinical RD, outpatient counseling, corporate wellness and high touch metabolic coaching. I live in Texas Hill Country with my husband and 3 boys. When not working I'm most likely taking someone to a game/practice, enjoying the outdoors or attempting to catch up on laundry. https://www.instagram.com/
Approach to care
I am passionate about helping people better understand their body and individualized nutrition needs. So often people fail at their health and weight loss goals because they are trying to follow a plan that is not sustainable for them! I have a patient/client centered approach that provides a personalized nutrition plan that best meets their needs. My goal is to help people improve their relationship with food, improve their metabolic health, and feel confident about food choices without restriction. My superpower is helping people manage their blood sugar without giving up carbs, and helping women lose weight without telling them to "eat less and workout more".
Your first session with Brianna
Our first session is all about you! I want to take that time to really understand your past medical and dieting history, relationship with food, current exercise/movement routine, daily habits, and other lifestyle information. This allows me to really understand more about you and allows me to put together your customized game plan, and enables me to break down your end goal into smaller, more actionable steps.
