Hi, I'm Brianna. I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Pensacola, FL, with three years of experience and a Bachelor's in Dietetics. I've worked in clinical settings, private practice, community health, and outpatient long-term care, which helps me see nutrition from many angles. I'm credentialed as an RD and LD, and I value evidence, empathy, and education in equal measure. We'll also start crafting a practical, personalized meal plan and discuss how biometrics can be integrated into your plan. No pressure to have everything figured out beforehand; you can come as you are, and we'll move forward at a pace that feels realistic and achievable.
