About Brianna
Hi, I’m Brianna! I’m a Registered Dietitian and proud Utah State University grad who’s passionate about helping people learn how to truly nourish their bodies and feel their best. I’m also a mom to a lively two-year-old, an avid mountain biker, and a gym lover. I like to joke that I got into nutrition because I simply love food! I enjoy cooking for friends and family, creating new recipes, and perfecting my Italian-style pizza dough. I also love to travel and plan my trips around discovering new foods and flavors. At the heart of it all, I believe food is meant to be enjoyed. I hope we can connect over a shared love of life, good food, and finding balance in it all.
Approach to care
My goal is to help you build a healthy relationship with food, stay active, and reach your goals in a way that actually fits your life. I know firsthand how challenging weight loss can be—I lost over 40 pounds myself after having a baby. That journey taught me the importance of patience, balance, and focusing on small, consistent changes that lead to lasting results. I believe in progress over perfection, and I’ll meet you right where you are to help you make realistic changes that fit your lifestyle. I’ve worked with many people to build confidence in eating well, moving their bodies, and creating habits that last. I also have experience helping people with diabetes eat more balanced meals and feel their best day to day. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I’d love to be your guide and help you take that first step toward feeling confident, strong, and healthy.
Your first session with Brianna
In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about you—your goals, your lifestyle, and what you hope to get out of this experience. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you reach your goals in a realistic and sustainable way. I’ll walk you through your calorie and macronutrient needs (carbs, protein, and fats) so you can understand how to best fuel your body. From there, we’ll look at your current eating patterns and develop strategies that fit naturally into your life—no drastic overhauls or crash diets. We’ll also spend time talking about mindset and how to cut through the noise of fad diets and quick fixes. My goal is to help you build confidence in your choices, understand what your body needs, and feel empowered moving forward.
