About Brianna
Hi, Iām Brianna, a Registered Dietitian with two years of experience in community health. I blend evidence-based nutrition science with compassion to support sustainable, real-world change. I earned my dual undergraduate degrees in Nutrition and Psychology from East Carolina University and completed my Masterās in Nutrition and Dietetics at Meredith College. I believe every patient is more than a set of numbers, and I approach care by considering the whole personāyour health history, lifestyle, values, and lived experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at home with my cats, Marāi and Catman, taking walks in my neighborhood, and exploring new cooking styles and restaurants with friends and family. Listening to your story and helping you build realistic, lasting habits is at the heart of my work.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is grounded in evidence while staying deeply empathetic. I believe in a holistic, HAES informed approach that prioritizes long term, sustainable habits over quick fixes. Weāll work together to understand your relationship with food, your goals, and your daily life, and Iāll translate science into practical steps you can actually follow. I value education so you feel confident making decisions, and Iāll meet you where you are with warmth and nonjudgmental care. Health is bigger than a number, and weāll treat you with respect and patience as we move forward.
Your first session with Brianna
Our first appointment is a welcoming, collaborative conversation. Weāll review your medical history and discuss what youād like to achieve, and Iāll help you set short term goals that feel doable. Weāll also review any recent lab work or biometrics to better understand your current health. You donāt need to have it all figured out before we meet; think of this as the start of a partnership where your pace, concerns, and preferences guide the plan. Iām here to support you every step of the way.
