About Brianna

Hi, I’m Brianna, a Registered Dietitian with two years of experience in community health. I blend evidence-based nutrition science with compassion to support sustainable, real-world change. I earned my dual undergraduate degrees in Nutrition and Psychology from East Carolina University and completed my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at Meredith College. I believe every patient is more than a set of numbers, and I approach care by considering the whole person—your health history, lifestyle, values, and lived experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at home with my cats, Mar’i and Catman, taking walks in my neighborhood, and exploring new cooking styles and restaurants with friends and family. Listening to your story and helping you build realistic, lasting habits is at the heart of my work.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is grounded in evidence while staying deeply empathetic. I believe in a holistic, HAES informed approach that prioritizes long term, sustainable habits over quick fixes. We’ll work together to understand your relationship with food, your goals, and your daily life, and I’ll translate science into practical steps you can actually follow. I value education so you feel confident making decisions, and I’ll meet you where you are with warmth and nonjudgmental care. Health is bigger than a number, and we’ll treat you with respect and patience as we move forward.

Your first session with Brianna

Our first appointment is a welcoming, collaborative conversation. We’ll review your medical history and discuss what you’d like to achieve, and I’ll help you set short term goals that feel doable. We’ll also review any recent lab work or biometrics to better understand your current health. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; think of this as the start of a partnership where your pace, concerns, and preferences guide the plan. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
