Hi! I'm Brianna, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people build a healthier relationship with food and achieve meaningful, sustainable change. With over five years of experience, I work with a wide range of clients, including those seeking support with weight loss and disordered eating. I combine weight loss support with intuitive, mindful eating practices to help clients improve body composition, build strength, and achieve lasting success. My goal is to help you develop a simple, realistic way of eating that fits your life - not one that feels restrictive or overwhelming. I provide personalized, holistic care to help you feel confident, nourished, and empowered long term.

Your first session with Brianna

Your first session is a chance for us to connect and for me to get to know you as a whole person. We'll review your medical history, discuss your relationship with food, and explore your goals, motivations, and past challenges. We’ll also talk about sleep, movement, stress, and daily routines so your care feels truly personalized. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. Together, we’ll identify what matters most right now and create a few realistic, manageable steps to get started. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where curiosity is encouraged and progress feels achievable. Moving forward, our work will focus on building skills, confidence, and habits that support your health long term. I’m excited to support you and look forward to working together!
