Approach to care
My approach to care is client centered, based on a holistic, mind and body approach to nutrition. I believe overall wellbeing is based on your nutrition, exercise, stress levels and quality of sleep. With my approach that nutrition and exercise fuel not only your physical, but mental health, we can chat about how my approach can aid in overall health and wellbeing! I strongly believe that nutrition is not as black and white as it seems, and all food fits!

In your first session, you can expect us to first chat about you! Your health and nutrition history, your health/nutrition goals, hobbies and anything you wish to share! We can discuss an action plan and goals that are personalized to you and can go at a pace that you set!
