About Brianna
Hi, I’m Brianna! I’m a Registered Dietitian who believes that nutrition should feel good and fit your lifestyle. With a Masters in Integrative Human Physiology and three years of experience, I’m a bit of a science nerd at heart, but I’m also a firm believer in the 'real life' side of health. I’ve worked in hospitals and community clinics, but my favorite place to be is helping people find that sweet spot where evidence-based science meets a truly joyful, stress-free relationship with food. When I’m not diving into research, I’m usually practicing what I preach: you can find me lifting at the gym, finding my flow on a yoga mat, or hitting the trails for a run. And while we meet virtually, keep an eye out for my two dogs, they’re my unofficial (and very enthusiastic) assistants! I’m so glad you’re here, let’s figure out how to fuel your life in a way that actually feels like you.
Approach to care
I believe real progress starts when we look at the whole picture - your life, your values, and your body’s unique needs. My approach is rooted in science, but it’s fueled by empathy. Together, we’ll take nutrition science and turn it into clear, practical steps that actually fit your life. I’m a firm believer in weight-neutral care. That means we focus on building sustainable habits and honoring your pace, not chasing quick fixes. You’ll leave our sessions with concrete actions and the knowledge to back them up, supported by plenty of warmth and patience as we navigate the path to lasting change together.
Your first session with Brianna
Our first visit is all about getting the full picture of you. We’ll start by looking at the technical side, like your medical history and labs, but then we’ll dive into the real-life stuff: your history with food and what a typical day actually looks like. Please know that you don't need to have 'perfect' answers or a pristine diet to meet with me. I’m a dietitian, but I’m also a real person who knows that life is busy and food is personal. This is a judgment-free, collaborative space where we turn science into steps that actually fit your schedule. We’ll work together to set a few simple, doable goals so you leave feeling confident about what to try next. No 'perfection' required, just a plan that honors your pace.
