About Bridget
Hi! Iâm Bridget, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition who believes nutrition doesnât have to be overwhelming. I meet clients where theyâre at and focus on setting realistic, sustainable goals that fit into everyday life. I have experience working with a wide range of clients, especially adolescents and young adults who are struggling with or recovering from eating disorders.
Approach to care
My approach combines evidence-based guidance with individualized care, so we focus on strategies that are supported by research while fitting your unique needs. My approach is also compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free. I want our work together to feel supportive, empowering, and tailored to you.
Your first session with Bridget
In our first session, weâll get to know each other and talk through your goals, daily routines, and any challenges youâre facing. I like to create a comfortable, conversational space where you can share openly. We will start to develop a realistic plan, taking it one step at a time!
