About Bridget
I am a registered dietitian with over two years of experience working in the clinical setting, primarily in the ICU. No two days look the same, I see patients with a wide range of health conditions and nutrition needs. This background has helped me understand how nutrition impacts both acute and long-term health. For this reason, I'm passionate about using nutrition to help people reach their healthiest selves with habits that will actually fit their lives.
Approach to care
I don't think health and nutrition should be difficult. My approach focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than "quick fixes" or fad diets. I will work with you to find out what is doable for you based on where you are now and what you are ultimately looking to get out of Nourish. Together we can find what works for you and set realistic and achievable goals to work towards during our time together.
Your first session with Bridget
Your first session will be more of a get-to-know you session. We will talk about health history, what brings you to nutrition counseling, current eating habits/routines, any challenges you may have, and what you're looking to work on. From there we will develop a nutrition plan just for you with goals and next steps, with the ultimate goal to make you feel healthier, more energized and confident!
