About Bridget
Hi! My name is Bridget and I am a registered dietitian specializing in women's health. I am dedicated to helping women improve their relationships with food by focusing on balanced nutrition and sustainable habits. I strive to foster healthy lifelong eating behaviors that are manageable for busy schedules. During the day, I am also a dietitian at a long-term care facility, promoting healthy aging among residents. My experience gives me the ability to see individuals across the lifespan.
Approach to care
My approach is personalized and supportive, centered on sustainable strategies that easily integrate into your everyday life. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity and fostering a connection to natural body cues. My goal is to make food a sense of comfort rather than a sense of stress. I empower women to break-free of never ending diets and fads, rebuilding their relationship with food so that they feel both empowered and nourished.
Your first session with Bridget
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know you and what matters most to you. It is important to start this journey by identifying or creating goals, as well as explaining your health history. There will be no judgement, only support and the space needed to be yourself. Together, we will establish realistic goals that you can start right after meeting with me.
