About Bridget

Growing up with a mother who was a Registered Nurse, I developed an early appreciation for health and nutrition. Since becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2012, I’ve gained experience in clinical hospital settings and dialysis care, but my true passion lies in one-on-one counseling. I firmly believe that food is medicine, and I love helping others discover how nourishing the body can lead to healing and long-term wellness.

Approach to care

I take a practical, patient-centered, and judgment-free approach to nutrition. Food is deeply personal, and as I always say, "Every body is different." My background as a yoga teacher brings a calming presence to my sessions, creating a supportive space where we focus on balance, not restriction. Nutrition can feel overwhelming, but my role as a dietitian is to cut through the confusion, bust myths, and provide science-backed guidance—all while ensuring that you can still enjoy the foods you love.
