About Brie

Hi my name is Brie. I am Registered Dietitian with over 25 yrs of experience in nutrition and public health. I specialized in managing chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, menopause, and overall healthy eating . I first became interested in nutrition in my 20's, when I saw so many people in my community facing serious health challenges. As a mother of two adult daughters I understand the real-world challenges of raising a family and managing a household budget all while trying to fit in healthy cooking and exercise.

Approach to care

My approach is grounded in the latest nutrition science, but also shaped by real-life experience-both professionally and personally. I strongly believe that lasting change comes from more than just information-it takes compassion, accountability , and a plan. I will help empower my clients to become confident problem-solvers by helping them set realistic meaningful goals and make sustainable behavior changes that align with their values and lifestyle in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Your first session with Brie

What sets me apart is my deep commitment to helping clients feel supported and heard. During the first session we will start with a conversation about your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and any medical concerns or diagnosis you may have. Whether you are managing a chronic condition , working on weight management , navigating hormonal changes , or just trying to feel better in the your body, we'll talk through your short-and long -term goals.
