With over four years of experience as a Dietitian, the majority of my career has been spent in long-term care. Throughout this time, I've witnessed how poor dietary and lifestyle choices can rapidly shorten lives and strip away independence. I collaborate closely with my clients to implement nutritional changes, while also helping them make meaningful lifestyle adjustments. Together, we set clear goals, outline actionable steps, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being.
