About Brigitte
Hi, I’m Brigitte—a Registered Dietitian with 9 years of experience in clinical and wellness settings. I hold a master’s degree in nutrition and bachelor’s degrees in psychology, neuroscience, and nutrition. My career has taken me from respected medical centers to private practice, giving me the experience to support a wide variety of health needs. I believe food should feel supportive, enjoyable, and stress-free. My passion is helping people rebuild trust with their bodies so eating once again feels natural and intuitive—guided by care, not rules.
Approach to care
I blend nutrition with psychology and neuroscience to support the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle. Instead of rigid diets or quick fixes, I’ll help you tune into your body’s natural cues for hunger, fullness, and energy. With a mix of evidence-based care and compassionate guidance, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and sustainable. When food takes its place as both nourishment and enjoyment—not stress or guilt—it opens the door to lasting well-being. My role is to walk alongside you, offering both expertise and encouragement as you build habits that strengthen your health and your relationship with food.
Your first session with Brigitte
Our first session is all about you. We’ll explore your health history, routines, challenges, and goals in a supportive, judgment-free space. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and first steps that feel doable and encouraging. Follow-up sessions give us the chance to put your plan into practice together. We’ll celebrate progress, navigate obstacles, and adjust as needed—keeping the focus on helping you feel more confident, more connected, and more at peace with both food and yourself.
