I’m Brinya, a dietitian with a background in sports nutrition and performance fueling. I help people build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. I work with clients on a wide range of goals—from improving energy and confidence in everyday life, to optimizing nutrition around exercise and training, to supporting long-term health and wellness goals as it relates to chronic diseases. My goal is to make nutrition feel simple, approachable, and sustainable, so you can take the stress out of eating by giving you tools that fit your lifestyle.
