About Britni
Welcome! I am Britni, I have been a Registered Dietitian for 4 years. I am absolutely in love with what I do! Helping my patients/clients to achieve their personal goals by learning how to incorporate healthy habits into their lifestyle. Nutrition is my passion and I am excited for the opportunity to share that with you! When I am not working, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, cooking recipes, or chasing around my 7 month old Bernedoodle, Waffles.
Approach to care
I understand the importance of your wellness. To achieve your wellness objectives, you have come to expect the highest levels of service and patient care. As a result, I continuously commit myself to meeting and exceeding your expectations. I create programs to fit the individual personality and needs of each patient. I help my patients learn how to make changes in their lifestyles so they can become healthier and feel good!
Your first session with Britni
The first session is where we get to know each other and where you start to uncover your relationship with food and your body. This is often a deep-dive session, where I ask you a variety of questions to help better understand your past and current experience around food, your body, and movement. We work on setting SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time Bound) to help achieve the bigger goals you/I have set together.
