About Brittanee

Wife. Mama. Foodie. Dietitian. I’ve lived the messy side of disordered eating and came out the other side with a whole new perspective: food is fuel, food is fun, but food doesn’t get to boss us around. šŸ™…ā€ā™€ļøšŸ•šŸ„— These days, I juggle mom life, marriage, and my work as a clinical dietitian (yep, the nerdy/ science-y hospital kind šŸ‘©ā€āš•ļø) here in Idaho. I believe in keeping food simple, sustainable, and actually enjoyable—because eating should give you peace of mind, not stress. I’m all about helping people find freedom in the way they eat, building habits that last, and making space for both fiber *and* dessert. Because life’s too short for food rules. šŸ’›

Approach to care

I strive to create a supportive and approachable space where patients feel truly heard and respected. By staying accessible and humble, I aim to meet people where they're at in their journey. My focus is not only on addressing immediate needs but also on building long-term, sustainable practices that bring you peace of mind.

Your first session with Brittanee

In our first session, we’ll focus on your goals and intentions—because this is about you. To keep things fun, we might even start with a quick icebreaker like Two Truths and a Lie. I’ll review your personal questionnaire and gather a 24-hour recall (dietitian-speak for ā€œwhat did you eat yesterday?ā€). This gives me a snapshot of your habits without judgment. We’ll also talk through your lifestyle, dreams, and medical history so I can see the full picture and provide advice that actually fits your life. I’ll ask questions to understand what barriers may be in your way—whether it’s time, stress, or something else—and I’ll listen closely. From there, we’ll start building a realistic plan together. My goal is to help food feel less stressful and more freeing. Food is fuel, food is fun, but it doesn’t get to control you.
