About Brittany
Hello! A few things about me: I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2021. I have 2 years of experience in long-term care/consulting and I have 2 years of clinical hospital and oncology/cancer care experience. Over the years I have worked with a variety of health needs: Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Oncology, Alternative Nutrition (enteral and parenteral), and more. I look forward to facilitating you in your health and nutrition journey.
Approach to care
To provide realistic, individualized nutrition care through nutrition assessment, identifying nutrition related needs, developing a plan and goals using the help of evidence-based tools. Then, providing follow-up to aid in monitoring, evaluating, adjusting, and implementing future goals.
Your first session with Brittany
You can expect a neutral environment where we learn about each other and have an opportunity to explore your background and nutrition needs. As we explore, we will collaborate on ideas and realistic achievable goals. The session is about you and your personal health and nutrition needs. Once we establish a good collaborative foundation we can utilize future sessions, tools, and resources to monitor and track progress.
