Hello! I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer that has been practicing for over six years. My expertise includes oncology nutrition, diabetes management and nutrition coaching. Living with type 1 diabetes and celiac disease myself, I am is passionate about improving health outcomes for individuals in these populations. I have blended my professional knowledge with personal experience to offer comprehensive support, aiming to empower clients towards healthier, more balanced lives.

Your first session with Brittany
In our first nutrition session, we’ll discuss your health goals, concerns, and dietary preferences. I’ll review your medical history to tailor recommendations. We’ll assess your current eating habits, set realistic goals, and create an initial nutrition plan with meal suggestions. Finally, we’ll outline next steps and schedule follow-ups to track progress and refine your plan as needed.
