About Brittany
I’m Brittany Dunn, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and chef with experience spanning professional sports teams, the military, and community health. I specialize in performance nutrition, injury recovery, and whole-athlete wellness. Whether working with NBA players, Olympians, or everyday individuals, my passion is helping people use food as a tool to thrive—on the court, in recovery, or simply in daily life.
Approach to care
Make food fit. Food is part of our culture, community, performance, and lifestyle. My goal is to help make food fit your unique goals—not force you into rigid rules. Together, we’ll create a sustainable, evidence-based plan that supports your health, performance, and enjoyment of food.
Your first session with Brittany
Our first session is all about you. We’ll discuss your health history, goals, lifestyle, and current nutrition habits. I’ll provide initial feedback and practical recommendations you can start using right away. From there, we’ll work together to develop an individualized plan that evolves with your needs—whether that’s fueling for performance, navigating dietary restrictions, or simply building a healthier relationship with food.
Education
Doctor of Philosophy in Health Sciences (in progress) – Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions Graduate Certificate in Sport Management (in progress) – Liberty University School of Business Master of Science in Nutrition & Integrated Physiology – University of Utah Bachelor of Science in Nutrition-Dietetics (Minor in Community Health Sciences) – University of Nevada, Reno
Hobbies
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors—camping, paddle boarding, or hiking with my two Brittany Spaniels. I also love bringing creativity into the kitchen, from cooking performance-focused meals to baking cakes for kids in need through volunteer work. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family and heading out on spontaneous adventures together—whether that’s going on a roadtrip, trying a new food spot, or just enjoying the moment.
