Your first session with Brittany
In our first session, we'll take the time to get to know each other and delve into your health journey, exploring the experiences that have shaped your path so far. We'll discuss what a typical day looks like for you, including your nutrition and lifestyle habits, and start brainstorming areas where we can create positive change. By the end of our session, we’ll set a few small, actionable goals, giving you clear steps to focus on before our next meeting. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the program and discover all the features available to support you on your journey. My aim is to make sure you leave feeling inspired and prepared to make meaningful progress!
