“Brittany is the best! Her approach to my personal situation was so helpful. I had gained some weight and lost muscle mass during a recent bout with lymphoma and its associated chemotherapy. She worked with me improving my diet (lots of protein!) and working in movement into each workday. She’s a good motivator and teaches good dietary habits without being preachy. With Brittany, I felt I had a partner helping me with my goals - both dietary and fitness! “

“If you want someone who cares about you and your goals, Brittany is for you. She truly has helped me to be more mindful of my choices. I’m learning to love myself and each goal I reach- even if it is small. She helps me to set realistic goals- be proud when I’m progressing and be compassionate with myself if I did not.
