âI appreciated Brittany's approach to develop a food plan that works for me. She is very knowledgeable about food noise, and using tools that will help combat it. She will help you accomplish your goals.â

âBrittany is the best! Her approach to my personal situation was so helpful. I had gained some weight and lost muscle mass during a recent bout with lymphoma and its associated chemotherapy. She worked with me improving my diet (lots of protein!) and working in movement into each workday. Sheâs a good motivator and teaches good dietary habits without being preachy. With Brittany, I felt I had a partner helping me with my goals - both dietary and fitness! â

âIf you want someone who cares about you and your goals, Brittany is for you. She truly has helped me to be more mindful of my choices. Iâm learning to love myself and each goal I reach- even if it is small. She helps me to set realistic goals- be proud when Iâm progressing and be compassionate with myself if I did not. Meeting with her has helped me lose 30lbs, learn to balance meals, and drink more water. My quality of life has significantly improved due to her kindness and hardwork. â¤ď¸đ â

About Brittany
Growing up, my diet was full of processed foods and carbohydrates, and I struggled with being overweight. Even as a child, I deeply desired to be healthy. I always knew I wanted a career where I could help others. At first, I considered becoming a doctor, but the extensive schooling didnât feel like the right fit. Nursing didnât spark my interest either. It wasnât until I discovered nutrition that everything clicked. Becoming a Registered Dietitian allowed me to pursue my passion for health in a way that aligned with my strengths and values. What began as a personal journey has grown into a lifelong missionâand Iâm grateful to now walk alongside others as they begin their own.
Approach to care
As a dietitian who has personally struggled with weight throughout my life, I approach nutrition the same way I do for myselfâwith a focus on sustainability, practicality, and lifelong habits. No fad diets or quick fixes here. I believe in meeting people where they are and guiding them with empathy and understanding. My goal is to learn your story, understand where you want to go, and help you find a path that feels right for you. Your goals become my goals, and we work together to achieve themâstep by step.
Your first session with Brittany
Our first session is all about connection. I want us to get to know each other so you feel confident that youâve made the right choice in choosing me as your dietitian. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing your day-to-day experiences and nutrition concerns. My goal is to build trust and ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
