About Brittany
Outside of my professional work as a registered dietitian, I find energy and inspiration through an active outdoor lifestyle—whether I’m hiking, climbing, or simply going for a walk. I also enjoy reading, exploring new foods, and spending meaningful time with friends and family. I live in Utah with my husband, who works as a nurse, and together we enjoy taking advantage of the beautiful landscapes and community around us.
Approach to care
My approach to care centers on helping clients build lifestyles that are not only aligned with their goals but also realistic and sustainable. I meet each client exactly where they are, offering support and guidance while encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones to develop habits that serve their long-term well-being. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface—identifying patterns, uncovering underlying issues, and collaboratively creating solutions that empower them to move past barriers. My goal is to equip clients with the tools, confidence, and clarity they need to make lasting, meaningful change.
Your first session with Brittany
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, conversational experience focused on understanding their unique lifestyle and needs. I take time to learn about their daily routines, work, family life, and personal interests, as well as gather any relevant medical information that may shape our work together. From there, we explore key areas such as nutrition, fitness, sleep, and stress to establish a clear baseline. This foundation allows us to identify priorities, set meaningful goals, and create a personalized plan that supports their long-term success.
