About Brittany

First, I am a wife and mom of a sweet daughter and 2 mischievous weenie dogs :) I am a Registered Dietitian and 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with 10+ years of experience. Experience includes acute care, corporate wellness, primary care, and private practice focusing on disordered eating and GI disorders. I personally practice the principles of yoga to influence my nutrition and lifestyle habits. I have successfully gained remission of my Ulcerative Colitis and found foods that fuel my energy and focus giving me not just an energy boost but also a confidence boost. I enjoy finding that sweet spot where healthy meets happy in the middle.

Approach to care

My integrated approach combines evidence-based nutrition strategies with the principles of yoga such as mindfulness and breathing, empowering my clients to achieve optimal health and well-being. I take a simple holistic food-first approach to nutrition. I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey to a healthier, more balanced life.

Your first session with Brittany

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish a safe, supportive environment where you can openly share without fear of judgment. During this initial meeting, I will listen carefully to understand your goals, past experiences, and any challenges you may have faced. We will discuss what changes you hope to see in your life and explore how we can work together to achieve them. This relaxed conversation is designed to build your confidence and set a positive tone for our journey ahead. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, valued, and empowered as we create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
