About Brittany
Brittany is a Registered dietitian with special interests in personalized nutrition counseling for a variety of conditions including eating disorders/mental health conditions, prenatal/postpartum nutrition, diabetes, weight management, and GI disorders such as SIBO and IBS. Brittany is originally from the Chicagoland area and attended Dominican University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition. She received her dietetic training at the Ohio State University and has worked in the dietetics field for over 4 years as an inpatient and outpatient dietitian.
Approach to care
Brittany is passionate about taking an all foods can fit and non-diet approach to nutrition. Brittany is also passionate about improving people’s relationship with food and believes that eating better or losing weight does not need to involve cutting any foods out. She believes that fueling our bodies with good nutrition should not only be realistic but fun as well. She takes a health at every size approach believing that there is more to health than just simply looking at a number on a scale. Health can look different for many people and Brittany embraces this.
