Hey there! I’m Brittany-a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist based in the sunshine state of Florida. With over five years of experience in the nutrition and fitness world, I’ve worked everywhere from outpatient cardiac rehab to hospital settings to gym floors, helping people take charge of their health in ways that actually stick. My passion for nutrition isn’t just professional-it’s personal. I’ve watched loved ones battle heart disease, and I’ve faced my own ups and downs with food and wellness. That journey sparked an interest in me to learn, grow, and ultimately guide others toward their best-without the confusion, guilt, or quick fixes. I specialize in heart health, weight management, and gut health, but my philosophy is simple: food and movement are the most powerful medicine we have. Together, we’ll create personalized nutrition goals based on your unique needs and preferences. This is a safe, judgment-free space where you’re encouraged to share openly. As we continue working together, we’ll adjust your plan as needed and build on the goals we’ve established to support lasting, meaningful progress.
