About Brittany

Welcome! I'm Brittany, a passionate advocate for eating disorder treatment, where I embrace an all-foods-fit approach to support healing and recovery. In addition to my work in eating disorder care, I specialize in chronic disease management, providing compassionate support for individuals at all stages of Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Liver Disease, Gastrointestinal Illnesses, and various Cancers. My goal is to offer personalized, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to improve their well-being.

Approach to care

I follow a weight Inclusive & non-Diet approach to help clients develop intuitive eating skills, focusing on hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. We will also work on your relationship with food to reduce fear and anxiety around foods, while dismantling diet myths. There is a great deal of misinformation out there, and secret diets disguised as "lifestyle changes" that can leave folks in restrictive patterns of eating despite what their bodies need and crave in that moment. Understanding the physiological and psychological effects of malnutrition and restriction can help provide freedom from feeling trapped in these patterns.
