About Brittany

Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and I believe food plays a powerful role in our health. My passion for nutrition comes from a lifelong love of cooking and from seeing firsthand how everyday food choices can impact health, energy, and quality of life. I take a preventative, food-first approach to nutrition, helping people understand why what they eat matters while making healthy eating feel realistic, approachable, and enjoyable. My goal is to support you in building sustainable habits that promote long-term health - without sacrificing your relationship with food.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition care should be personalized, realistic, and supportive. My approach focuses on the entire picture - nutrition, daily routines, and overall lifestyle - to help you make changes that fit your life and feel achievable. I love meeting people where they are, collaborating to turn small steps into habits that naturally grow into long-term, health-supportive mindsets. My goal is to create a judgment-free space where progress feels empowering, sustainable, and even a little enjoyable along the way!

Your first session with Brittany

During your first session, we’ll take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle, and your goals. We’ll discuss your current eating habits, routines, and any challenges you’re facing, so I can help create a plan that feels realistic and fits your life. You’ll also learn practical strategies you can start using right away, and we’ll set small, achievable steps to move toward long-term health. My goal is to make the session welcoming and collaborative, leaving you feeling informed, supported, and empowered to take the next steps in your nutrition journey.
