About Brittany
Hi, I’m Brittany, MS, RDN, LDN. I bring five years of experience as a Registered Dietitian across private practice, community health, and clinical settings. I earned my MS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island, and I’m committed to evidence-based care that feels warm and human. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking, trying new restaurants, or lacing up for a run. I love helping people build healthy routines that fit their real lives and goals.
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on empathy, collaboration, and education. I ground our work in current science while honoring your lived experience. We’ll choose practical steps you can actually follow, with a focus on sustainable change over quick fixes. I approach nutrition through a Health at Every Size lens and a holistic view that includes sleep, stress, and well-being, so you feel heard, supported, and confident in the choices you make for your health.
Your first session with Brittany
Our first appointment is a warm, judgment-free conversation about you. We’ll dive into your relationship with food, review medical history, biometrics, and lab work, and start shaping short-term goals. We’ll create a practical meal plan that fits your schedule, preferences, and values. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet — we’ll co-create a plan that feels doable and safe, with clear next steps to help you move forward with confidence.
