About Brittany

I'm a registered dietitian with a background in genetics and biochemistry, now completely in love with the functional medicine and longevity space, helping people stay in peak health and performance for as long as possible. I have a private nutrigenomics practice, work with a women's health startup as a clinical advisor, am the lead longevity advisor for Superpower, and starting a community focused women's health company to optimize hormones and performance across different life stages.

Approach to care

My approach is pretty straightforward: I want to understand what's really going on with your health, not just put a quick bandaid on symptoms. That means deep diving into your labs, supplements, prescriptions, gut health, sleep patterns, exercise, energy levels - whatever pieces of the puzzle that matter most to you - and figuring out the root causes together. I'm not afraid to challenge conventional opinions and think outside the box to build a research-based plan that is personalized to you. My job is to empower you with information and resources to optimize your health and to be your own advocate in the healthcare system. I'm data-driven, patient-empowered, proactive about prevention and optimization, and always aiming for sustainable, whole-person improvements rather than quick fixes.

Your first session with Brittany

We'll start by reviewing your goals and what you are interested in improving. Then we deep dive into your medical history, current labs, tests, supplements, prescriptions, and lifestyle habits so I can get a more complete picture of your baseline. From there we can start building a plan to improve your baseline so we have a solid foundation on which to build and really start to optimize from there!
