About Brittany
Hi, I’m Brittany — a Registered Dietitian (MS, RD, LD), wife, mom, and dog mom living on our family farm in West Virginia with a passion for helping people improve their health without giving up the foods and traditions they love. As a busy mom and dietitian, I understand firsthand how overwhelming nutrition advice can be. Together, we’ll simplify your routine, build sustainable habits, and focus on progress — not perfection. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Keiser University.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition is realistic, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe food should support your body and your life — not create stress, guilt, or confusion. My counseling style is evidence-based, individualized, and rooted in behavior change — focusing on long-term success rather than quick fixes. I’m here to help you create a plan that actually works for you. My mission is to provide realistic guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support so you feel confident making choices that align with your health goals.
Your first session with Brittany
Your first session is all about you — your health history, your goals, your lifestyle, and what you truly want to achieve. We’ll start by getting to know each other and talking through your main concerns, challenges, and priorities. I’ll ask questions about your medical history, lab work (if available), medications, symptoms, eating patterns, stress, sleep, movement, and daily routine so I can understand the full picture of your health. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what feels hard, and what changes will make the biggest impact for you right now. Then we’ll begin building a personalized nutrition plan that fits your life — not a one-size-fits-all diet. This is a judgment-free, supportive space. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you — every step of the way 🤍
