About Brittany

Brittany is passionate about empowering others to lead healthy, balanced lives full of enjoyment and health. Though she is able to help people in all walks of life reach their health, and wellness goals, she has a passion working with women and families to be empowered about their health.

Approach to care

I take a holistic approach looking at nutrition, movement, stress, sleep and fun to help you reach your goals. I am passionate about helping people go beyond nutrition alone to reduce inflammation, and improve overall health. My goal is to help you reach your health and wellness goals without restriction and with as liberal a diet as possible.

In our first session we will do a deep dive into your story. As mentioned above, we will talk through sleep, stress, movement and even mindset to start mapping out a path to feeling better and healing.
