About Brittany

Driven by a fascination with how the mind shapes behavior, I earned a bachelor's in Psychology before pursuing a second bachelor’s in Dietetics. What began as my own pursuit of well-being through food became a career devoted to helping others do the same. I spent four years as a clinical dietitian, then moved upstream to prevention—consulting with local companies to build employee wellness programs. That work introduced me to health coaching, where psychology and nutrition meet. Today, as a Nutrition Specialist Coach, I partner with clients to uncover their strengths, clarify their values, and design sustainable habits that fit real life—rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all plan.

Approach to care

Our sessions will be a collaboration where we work together to find solutions to the barriers that are getting in the way of your success. I will be your ultimate cheerleader, the person that truly believes you can do it, but more importantly, I will be the person that will guide you through the tough times and help you problem-solve and find opportunities to overcome your challenges. I will help give you the tools to no longer feel overwhelmed by all the information out there about nutrition and health. What I love most about my work is helping you achieve things you never thought were possible. I look forward to working with you!

Your first session with Brittany

The first session is all about getting to know each other! I will ask you about your health history, discuss where you've been on your health and nutrition journey, we will create the vision of your best wellbeing, and then clarify your long-term goals.
