About Brittany

Hi, I’m Brittany — a Registered Dietitian who helps people heal their relationship with food and their bodies through a compassionate, non-diet approach. My work is rooted in Intuitive Eating and the Health at Every Size® philosophy, which means I focus on your overall well-being, not your weight. I have a background in both Human Communication and Theater, which gives me a unique lens into how culture, media, and personal history influence our body image and food beliefs. I specialize in eating disorder recovery and helping clients break free from diet culture while reconnecting with their body's natural cues. I’m passionate about making nutrition feel approachable — not clinical or overwhelming. I love helping people understand how different nutrients support their health in a way that feels empowering, not restrictive.

Approach to care

I take a collaborative, curiosity-driven approach to nutrition counseling. That means we’ll work together to uncover what’s working for you, what’s not, and how to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and supports both your physical and emotional health. You won’t find food rules, judgment, or a one-size-fits-all plan here. Instead, I offer evidence-based guidance, practical tools, and compassionate support tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're in recovery, feeling stuck in the cycle of dieting, or simply trying to feel more at ease in your body, I’m here to help you find clarity and confidence.

Your first session with Brittany

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and laying the foundation for our work together. I’ll ask about your relationship with food, your health history, current challenges, and your goals — all at a pace that feels comfortable to you. There’s no need to prepare anything in advance or worry about saying the “right” thing. This is a space for you to show up exactly as you are. My priority is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take the next step toward a more peaceful and nourishing relationship with food.
