About Brittany
Food has always been where science meets everyday life for me. As an RDN with a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Radford University and seven years working in community health and school nutrition, I help people build realistic, lasting habits that fit their routines. I love teaching practical kitchen skills, trying new recipes when I bake, moving through pilates, and scouting new coffee shops with my husband and two little ones :) I'm looking forward to working with you!
Approach to care
Healthy change works when it is sustainable and rooted in evidence. I combine research-backed strategies with a warm, nonjudgmental style so we can create clear, actionable steps together. We'll focus on behaviors and wellbeing rather than a single number, learning the why behind recommendations so you feel confident making choices. My goal is to educate and support you holistically, balancing physical, mental, and social factors for long-term success.
Your first session with Brittany
We'll begin with a relaxed, judgment-free conversation to get to know your story and priorities. I will review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, then we’ll discuss current routines and past efforts. From there we'll set one or two short-term goals that feel manageable and practical. You don't need everything figured out beforehand, just come ready to talk honestly so we can build a plan and adjust it together.
