About Brittany

With over 8 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I'm passionate about helping individuals and families feel empowered through food and nutrition. My areas of expertise include diabetes (type 1, type 2, and gestational), women's health across the lifespan - including PCOS, fertility, and prenatal nutrition, pediatric nutrition, and sustainable weight loss management.

Approach to care

I take a compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based approach to nutrition- focusing on progress over perfection and creating personalized strategies that fit each client's unique lifestyle. Our plan will support your desired health goals, lifestyle, and cultural preferences. Whether it's navigating a new diagnosis, managing chronic conditions, or building healthy habits from the start, I aim to be a supportive, knowledgeable, and judgement-free partner in your journey.

Your first session with Brittany
